Good Afternoon Ray,

I have calculated some costings for you for the car park at ‘The croft.’ Once you have an idea of what you would like I can proide formal quotations.

Options for the ‘wall protection.’

There are only 11 bays which require some kind of treatment to stop cars hitting the wall. The first 3 bays have a curb which prevents this.

Option 1. Extend the existing curb to the disabled bay.   £3,000.00 +VAT

Option 2. Install a single rail of Armco barrier (see image)along the length of the wall from the existing curb. For each post a 600mm deep excavation is made to set the post into the ground using concrete. The hole is back filled and topped with tarmac. Cost £2,600.00 plus VAT

Option 3. Install no. 11 x pairs of rubber curb stops to the exposed bays. This creates a physical wheel stop which prevents the cars from hitting the wall. (see attached picture.) Cost £947.00 Plus VAT

Line Marking

The carpark can be relined using MMA resin, a two part product which has active glass embedded into it to give retro reflectivity in low light. In simple terms, the lines will reflect the car head lights in winter.

All bays can be relined at a cost of £1035.00 plus VAT

The double yellows on the road which leads up to the car park can be relined at an additional cost of £408.00 plus VAT

I hope this gives you plenty of options, if you need any clarification on any of the products I have mentioned please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Kind regards,

Adrian
