The JPC have been asked to consider plans for the development on the land known as Arden House which involves up to SEVENTY-THREE new dwellings.

In addition to the plans, the Clerk has produced a report giving all residents the background to an earlier application for the site which involved the construction of a 64-bed care home and the erection of 3 no. assisted living apartment blocks under reference 17/03206/FUL, against which, planning permission with conditions was granted on the 14th of December 2018. The report can be viewed by opening the pdf file below. Paper copies of this document will be available to take away at the library.
The JPC are required to respond to this application by the 4th of April 2022
THE JPC WILL BE DEBATING THIS APPLICATION WITH OTHERS ON WEDNESDAY THE 30TH OF MARCH NEXT, 7.00PM AT THE MEMORIAL HALL, STATION ROAD.
