Due to recent changes in the rules of participation in the management agreement by a major stakeholder, the JPC has revisited the advice provided by the Consultant, Peter Lowe, and the offers made to manage this site some 12 months ago. The full JPC Council will debate the best option for such management and if appropriate, an agreement will be struck between the JPC and the Management Company.
