We understand there is a great deal of interest in the COVID-19 vaccine and people are keen to understand when they will be able to access it but we would urge you NOT to contact the practice enquiring about the vaccination. You will be contacted individually and will receive an invite in due course.
Henley in Arden Medical Centre is working in conjunction with South Warwickshire GP Federation to organise the immunisation of its patients with the COVID 19 vaccination.
THESE VACCINATIONS WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT AT THE SURGERY, AND IN KEEPING WITH WHAT IS HAPPENING NATIONALLY, THESE VACCINATIONS WILL BE OFFERED TO PATIENTS AT A SPECIFIC HUB LOCALLY. DETAILS OF THIS HUB WILL BE RELEASED SOON
The national COVID vaccination programme is aimed at covering all of the UK population and for this to occur smoothly, the NHS will contact people in the priority groups when it is their turn to receive the vaccine. People are urged not to contact the NHS or our practice to ask about vaccination in the meantime.
Please wait to be called for your vaccination rather than ringing the surgery. As you can appreciate we are extremely busy. Having mobile telephone numbers and consenting to text messaging services significantly speeds up our ability to contact large numbers of patients quickly, so please ensure the details we hold for you are up to date.
You will be contacted when it is your turn to receive the vaccine. Please do not call the surgery to enquire about getting the vaccine
