Henley Memorial Trust Annual General Meeting
To all Sporting Club Committees affiliated with the facilities provided by Henley Memorial; Trust either at the Arden Recreational Centre, Stratford Rd. or the Memorial Hall.
We have our annual AGM on the 13th of February 2023 where representatives of your club, and the Public, are invited to attend and take part in the meeting on behalf of your club.
The Meeting is to be held at 7:30 pm at the ARC (The Pavilion at the Sports Ground). The Bar will be available for refreshments.
We will forward a copy of the Agenda in due course, should you wish to include a specific topic to the agenda please contact me or Margaret Tomlinson at margarettee@hotmail.com asap.

In the meantime will all Clubs provide a brief report of their activities, performance & financial status of your club to Margaret Tomlinson @ margarettee@hotmail.com by the end of January 2023
THE DE MONTFORT CHALLENGE CUP
AWARDED TO THE TOP SPORTS CLUB or MEMBER of 2022.
The Henley Memorial Trust wishes to celebrate the sporting achievements of their affiliated clubs
All sports/activity clubs are asked to submit to the trust details of their best-performing team, or individual, for the year 2022.
The Trophy was won last year by Amelia Doudican who won Silver in the British Open Taekwon-do Championship in October 2021.
The Winner will be notified prior to the AGM, to be held on 13th February 2023. where the winners will be invited to attend and the cup presented, hopefully by a member of the De-Montfort Lodge or the High Bailiff.
