Cllr Elaine Field and the Clerk met with senior officers at WCC and the Environmental Agency, to discuss flood prevention in Henley, particularly concentrating on Back Lane which suffers when exceptional rainfall occurs. The next step will be a site meeting to look at improvements for drainage, road surface upgrade and a possible new flood culvert to connect Back Lane with the Alne.
