Please take the time to read both and more to the point, fill them in and EITHER HAND THEM TO YOUR JPC COUNCILLOR OR, POST THEM AT THE HERITAGE CENTRE, 150 HIGH STREET, OR WESTMACOTTS, 95 HIGH STREET.
