The JPC at their Ordinary Meeting last night, reviewed the engagement of the Community PayBack team, during this third lock down period. Item 7.00 on the agenda is minuted as follows:

Sub-Committee Chairs Reports

Cllr Jones raised a point about the PayBack attendance in Henley under the present lockdown, recorded that all members of the JPC had agreed to a reduced service in maintaining areas in the town. He confirmed that the PayBack [Probationary Executive] have provided overseeing guidance for a limited number of their team visiting the parish, who under their Site Foremen, will observe all necessary precautions, and will work within the ruling regulations, posing no harm to the public. This statement will be displayed on the JPC website and social media.
