Alcester Police SNTs. Latest Weekly Report. Sunday 13th March 2022

Hello all.

This is our latest combined weekly report and prompt to see if you have any questions, suggestions or concerns for the Alcester Police Safer Neighbourhood Teams. For operational and privacy reasons not all the incidents that occur on the Alcester area are listed in this report, although they are recorded on police systems.  Please remember to report any anti-social behaviour, suspicious activity or crimes to us as soon as possible – this can be done via the 101 and 999 telephone numbers or if not an emergency via our online reporting forms that can be found on our website. If you have any information or cctv footage that may relate to the incidents listed, please contact us.

Incidents of a public interest from the last week:-

ALCESTER

  • *Suspicious Circumstances. Winchcombe Road, Alcester. Car and two males seen acting suspiciously in the area. Males seen to approach house. Car described as a small and silver. No offences disclosed at the time. 5am Friday 11th March. 0178 11/03/2022
  • *Theft. Kinwarton Farm Road, Alcester. Males have arrived at the premises in a 4×4 vehicle forcing the security gate open. They have then stolen a trailer which they loaded with fencing. 9.55pm Tuesday 8th March. Crime No: 23/9618/22

WELFORD

  • *Burglary. Binton Road, Welford. Barrel locks removed from door. Entry not gained and nothing believed stolen. Overnight 9th & 10th March. 0058 10/03/2022
  • *Burglary. Purbeck Close, Welford. Secure garage broken into and two e-bikes stolen. Black with red marks Cube Stereo action SLT160 and a Pale Grey with green marks Cube full suspension. Overnight 6th & 7th March. 0040 07/03/2022 Several other garages in the area were also attacked at the same time.

WILMCOTE

  • *Attempt Burglary. Aston Cantlow Road, Wilmcote. Two males with torches seen acting suspiciously around premises. They were disturbed by owners and made off in a vehicle. 3.15am Thursday 10th March. 027 10/03/2022

 

CLAVERDON

  • *Suspicious Circumstances. A4189 Claverdon. Male from black coloured car seen trying to flag down other road users. When stopped he asked for money for fuel. Caller concerned that this was a scam. Details passed to police. 11am Saturday 12th March. 0088 12/03/2022
