We have been advised by Warwick College and their press office Advent Communications, that the WASPS Rugby, have formally declared that they will be taking up training residence at the Warwick College grounds at the south end of the town, subject to planning permission.

The JPC have attended meetings with Warwick College and WASPS and have expressed our great delight in welcoming this much needed boost to our town profile and economy.

A full and detailed report will be published on our website in the coming days as more facts are reported to us.

Henley narrowly missed staging the British Grand Prix, beaten only by Silverstone, some seventy years ago, so this comes as a great fillip to the town.
