I regret to inform you that two councillors have resigned from the JPC and I serve notice hereunder that the Council now seeks new Parish Councillors to fill both vacancies. This may be by election if ten local government electors so request it, if not filled, by co-option. The JPC will also mount a publicity campaign, aimed at those in town who may be semi-retired, retired or available for ONLY EIGHT HOURS a month to serve the residents of Beaudesert & Henley in Arden. If you fit the description, please contact me by email initially and I will send you an information pack. Anyone applying will not be under any obligation whatsoever but you may well discover a very worthwhile duty to the community on matters such as town pride, local business, tourism, flooding, allotments, green spaces and social activities to promote the town.
